We loved the spacious room with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. The kids enjoyed the pools, and we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, having direct access to the beach made our vacation truly enjoyable, especially with our two dogs by our side.

My wife says that a small children's playground would be great for families. It would really enhance the experience for younger guests.

The long check-in and check-out lines were frustrating!!! It took over two hours for housekeeping to respond to towel requests. Also, the cost for beach loungers is a bit excessive. More dining options would be appreciated!!!

Spacious Prestige Double or Twin Room with Nature View had a private bathroom and a comfy seating area. The pools were huge and well-kept. Easy access to the beach was a major plus. The morning buffet had freshly baked croissants and a great variety of juices. Spa included relaxing massages, hot tub, and sauna—definitely a treat!

The grilled meats were a treat and the beach just a hop away! Plus, the kids’ activities were top-notch, thanks to staff like Neuza and Vanessa—they know how to keep the little ones entertained!

But let's be real, dining was a letdown. Drinks weren’t included with dinner and the breakfast juices tasted canned—so disappointing for a supposed 5-star spot!
